Crystal Light Chakra
Therapy (Chromotherapy)
Chromotherapy is based on the belief that light in the form of colour can balance energy and help heal the mental, physical and spiritual state of a person. By sending coloured LED light through a vogel crystal a powerful healing vibrational frequency is created. This is directed into the energy body through each chakra point and works to remove blockages, negative patterns, trauma; cleansing, balancing and energizing the body at a cellular level. In addition to the light and crystal their is a sound healing component involved since specific relaxing harmonies are played during the session.

Conscious Illumination
Session
We often find ourselves stuck trying to move forward in a conscious way but repeating outdated patterns and habits unable to break free. We offer a three in one illumination session to help you break the established patterns and open the way to move forward on a more conscious and illuminated path. The Session is made up of the Reiki Healing Attunement to clear long established blockages from your Aura, this is followed by a Reiki Spinal Column alignment to help the energies move up the Kundalini channels in the spine, the etheric body is grounded back into the physical body and we finish with a Chakra reconnection technique.
